Past Workshop Showcases
Our workshops are unique because we are able to grow each participant into a performer, ending their workshop participation with a production performance. We showcase works from famous writers, develop custom monologues and generally use a light set, few props and simple costumes. We find there is nothing that proves the growth of theatrical learning than a live performance. Participants generally invite their friends and family while the public is also welcome to enjoy the showcase. As one of the core elements of our education program, Point Loma Playhouse is committed to providing an artistic outlet for the community.
