Point Loma Playhouse Proudly Presents the Incomparable
Saturday April 8 at 8pm
Devlin in "Wild Women"

Actress/Singer DEVLIN is very excited to bring her New York Cabaret show "WILD WOMEN"
Accompanied by San Diego favorite pianist and songwriter, Richard James
Picture
WILD WOMEN combine jazz, blues, emotional ballads and pop songs proving wild women do get the blues, but they also have a hell of a good time along the way.  Originally produced and performed in New York City at Helen’s and The Metropolitan Room, WILD WOMEN was arranged, and music directed by the multi award winning arranger, singer and songwriter Rick Jensen.  The show was later recorded live and became the CD “DEVLIN LIVE IN NEW YORK”.

Devlin has worked locally for North Coast Repertory Theatre' The Spitfire Grill, San Diego Repertory Theatre' 6 Women With Brain Death, Moxie Theatre' Eternally Bad, Ion Theatre' Sunday in The Park With George, Diversionary Theatre' Hair , San Diego Musical Theatre' The Full Monty and Vantage Theatre' Frankie and Johnny in The Clair De Lune.
“A lady with a velvety voice who deserves to be taken seriously. Devlin really is a new force on
the crossover cabaret/jazz scene and well on the way to making waves.  In an industry cluttered
with mediocrity, Devlin's a keeper." - John Hogland - Theaterscene.net
“She is a memorable singer adept at jazz and the blues and not afraid to show her rich, emotional" - Sandi Durell - CabaretScenes.com
"Devlin Live In New York” is a fine introduction to a talented cabaret singer, who traverses the soundscape of Laura Nyro, Amanda McBroom, and Irving Berlin with ease" - Brian Scott Lipton - Theatermania.com
"Devlin has a big voice, lusty and true.  Her interpretations of those well remembered songs are earnest, sincere, and honest. She's a fine addition to New York cabaret." - Jan Wallman - CabaretExchange.com
Join Devlin and Richard James for an evening of extraordinary music
