In this workshop you will Explore and perform your musical theatre talent. Learn basic fundamentals and mechanics of vocal technique. Expand your vocal range, power and confidence. Learn new repertoire both as a soloist and in a duet. Learn fundamental and effective acting techniques and applications. Explore the fundamentals of vocal technique and acting stage craft. Spend time in the classroom plus have one private one on one mini-coaching. Learn about "Vocal Health" and discover what "Building A Character" is REALLY all about.

About the Director
Jordan Miller - Director/Teaching Artist
Jordan was trained at the North Carolina School of the Arts conservatory where he received his BFA in Acting. He has worked professionally for last 13 years in regional musical theater, straight drama, lyric opera houses, and TV/Film as well as cruised internationally with Holland America Cruise lines. His favorite performances include Enjolras in Lamb's Players Theater's critically acclaimed and multiple award winning 2014 production of "Les Miserables," as well as Giuseppe in Gilbert & Sullivan's "The Gondoliers" at the Lyric Opera San Diego, and Count Carl-Magnus opposite Piper Laurie and Stephanie Zimbalist in "A Little Night Music" at the Ensemble Theatre in Santa Barbara. He has directed multiple operas with Point Loma Opera Theatre, as well as assistant directed at Lamb's Players Theatre where he is also the resident Fight Director. He teaches both privately from his and his wife, Jessica Couto's, home studio, as well taught masterclasses for CYT, Point Loma Nazarene University, Young Actor's Theatre and has taught and led the summer children's intensives for Lamb's Players Theatre.
